Conditional Formatting Rules
- Milestone Status Column: Green for “On Track”, Yellow for “At Risk”, Red for “Overdue”, Gray for “Completed”.
- Deliverable Status: Blue = In Progress, Dark Green = Approved, Light Gray = Not Started.
- Date Columns: Highlight Due Dates in red if past today’s date and status is not “Approved” or “Submitted”.
Instructions for the User
- Only fill in fields marked as “Enter Data Here.” Do not modify formulas, charts, or structure.
- To update progress, only change the "Actual Date" or "Status" fields. The dashboard auto-updates.
- Do NOT edit the Status Dashboard sheet — it is read-only for clients. Internal teams use separate sheets.
- Update the “Client Visibility Level” column to control which deliverables appear on the Dashboard.
- If a milestone is delayed, update the "Target Date" and add a brief note in column "Notes."
- Refresh data by pressing F9 if charts do not auto-update.
