User Instructions

How to Use This Template:

  1. Open the file and enable content if prompted.
  2. Your name is pre-filled in “Assigned To.” If incorrect, contact your research manager to update your profile.
  3. Add new tasks using the “Ticket ID” auto-generation system. Do not manually edit Ticket IDs.
  4. Select Project Code from the dropdown list — this ensures accurate reporting at team level.
  5. Update “% Complete” daily. Even small updates (e.g., 5%) help your manager track progress accurately.
  6. Change Status only when task phase changes. Do not mark “Completed” until all deliverables are submitted.
  7. The Dashboard sheet automatically reflects your current workload. Use it to prioritize tasks each morning.
  8. Never delete rows — use “Status = Completed” instead. Completed tasks remain visible for audit purposes.
