User Instructions
How to Use This Template:
- Open the file and enable content if prompted.
- Your name is pre-filled in “Assigned To.” If incorrect, contact your research manager to update your profile.
- Add new tasks using the “Ticket ID” auto-generation system. Do not manually edit Ticket IDs.
- Select Project Code from the dropdown list — this ensures accurate reporting at team level.
- Update “% Complete” daily. Even small updates (e.g., 5%) help your manager track progress accurately.
- Change Status only when task phase changes. Do not mark “Completed” until all deliverables are submitted.
- The Dashboard sheet automatically reflects your current workload. Use it to prioritize tasks each morning.
- Never delete rows — use “Status = Completed” instead. Completed tasks remain visible for audit purposes.
