CONDITIONAL FORMATTING RULES

USER INSTRUCTIONS
Step-by-step setup:
Open the Excel file and ensure all sheets are visible.
In the Habit Log sheet, enter daily or weekly habits with actual completion status and time.
On the Resource Allocation Plan, assign resources to each habit based on monthly capacity.
Add monthly goals in the Goals sheet and link them to relevant habits using the “Habits Linked” field.
