Formulas Required

• =SUMIFS(Forecast!$G:$G, Forecast!$C:$C, [Client Name], Forecast!$F:$F, "Confirmed") – Aggregates total forecast revenue by client.
• =TEXT(TODAY(), "MM/DD/YYYY") – Auto-populates Date Issued.
• =TODAY()+30 – Sets Due Date 30 days after issue date.

Conditional Formatting

Instructions for the User

1. Open the template and navigate to Client Master List. Add or update client information.
2. In Forecast & Planning, enter projected sales using data validation (e.g., select client from dropdown, assign product/service, input quantity).
3. Allow formulas to auto-calculate revenue. Set Status to "Confirmed" when the forecast is locked.
4. Go to Invoice Generator. Select a Client and Forecast Period using the drop-downs.
5. Click "Generate Invoice" button (if available) or refresh data—lines populate automatically from confirmed forecasts.
6. Edit invoice details if needed (e.g., add terms, change tax rate), then print or email directly from Excel via "Send as Email" feature.
7. Review the Dashboard & Analytics for visual performance insights and adjust forecasting models accordingly.
