Formulas Required

  • Auto-generated Client ID: =CONCAT("CLT-", TEXT(ROW()-1, "000")) placed in the first cell of the Client ID column (adjusting row references as needed).
  • Status Color Indicator: A helper column uses =IF(E2="Active", "🟢 Active", IF(E2="New Lead", "🟡 New Lead", IF(E2="Lost", "🔴 Lost", ""))) to show status with emoji indicators.
