CONDITIONAL FORMATTING RULES
- Contract Expiry Reminder: Highlight rows where Contract End Date is within 60 days (Red fill).
- Pipeline Stage Colors: Apply color scales: Blue → Green → Yellow → Orange → Green/Red.
- Status Indicators: Use icon sets for Status: ✔️ for Active, ⚠️ for Pending, ❌ for Inactive.
- ACV Comparison: Color bar gradient based on contract size (small to large).
USER INSTRUCTIONS
- Add a New Client: Go to the "Client Database" tab. Enter all required information in the next available row. The Client ID auto-generates.
- Update Sales Pipeline: For every new lead, create a record in "Sales Pipeline." Drag it through stages as progress is made.
- Log Interactions: Use the "Client Interactions Log" to note dates, types of contact (call/email/meeting), and key outcomes.
- Schedule Follow-ups: The template auto-calculates next touchpoints based on interaction history.
- Review Dashboard Daily: Use the "Dashboard & Analytics" tab to monitor KPIs and identify trends or bottlenecks.
