Formulas Required

  • Last Update Timestamp: `=NOW()` with conditional formatting to prevent overwriting.
  • Reorder Flag (in Employee Dashboard): `=IF([@Current Stock Level] <= [@Reorder Point], "REORDER REQUIRED", "")`
  • Daily Update Validation: Use data validation to ensure Quantity is positive or negative based on Action Type.

Conditional Formatting

  • Low Stock Items: Red fill if Current Stock Level ≤ Reorder Point.
