Last Updated (Auto-fill):=TODAY() – Triggers automatically when a row is edited.
In-Stock Status: Conditional logic to flag low stock: =IF(Current Stock <= Reorder Level, "Low Stock", "In Stock").
Average Unit Cost: Calculated over time using: =AVERAGEIF(Inventory Ledger!C:C, [Product], Inventory Ledger!E:E).
Conditional Formatting Rules
Cells in "Current Stock" turn red if below the Reorder Level.
"Delivery Status" cells are color-coded: green for "Delivered", yellow for "In Transit", and red for "Lost/Defective".
Items marked as “Low Stock” appear in bold with a warning icon.
High inventory value items (> $500) are highlighted in light blue to identify capital-heavy stock.
