Daily Task Tracker:

Formulas Required for Automation & Insight Generation

  • Status Tracking: Use =IF(DueDate
  • Task Completion Rate: =COUNTIF(StatusColumn, "Done") / COUNTA(TaskColumn) on the Daily Task Tracker sheet.
  • Monthly Time Spent: Use SUMIF(DateColumn, ">=1/1/2024", TimeSpentColumn) to calculate total hours worked in January 2024.
  • Financial Projection: In Financial Forecast sheet, use =SUM(RevenueRange) - SUM(ExpenseRange) for Net Cash Flow.

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Overdue Milestones: Highlight rows where Due Date < TODAY() and Status ≠ "Complete" using red fill.

  • Time Spent Heatmap: Apply color scales to Time Spent column, with red indicating >60 minutes and green indicating ≤15 minutes.
