User Instructions

For Employees:

  3. Pick your department and supply item from the catalog dropdowns.
  4. Enter required quantity (recommended: 1-5 units per request).
  5. Verify auto-filled cost totals before submitting.
  6. Click "Submit Request" to add your entry to the Approval & Fulfillment Tracker.

For Managers/Operations Team:

  1. Navigate to "Approval & Fulfillment Tracker".
  2. Review pending requests and update the "Status" field accordingly.
  3. Fill in "Approved By" and "Date Approved" for valid requests.
  4. Update delivery confirmation upon receipt of supplies.

Note: Never edit the Supply Catalog directly unless you're an admin. All changes should be made through the master list only to maintain data integrity.
