This table includes: PO Number, Supplier Name, Item ID (SKU), Quantity Ordered, Unit Cost, Expected Delivery Date, Status (Pending/Received), and Notes.

Sales & Shipments Table (Sheet: Sales & Shipments)

Columns: Date Sold, Order ID, SKU Number, Quantity Sold, Revenue ($), Customer Name (optional), Shipment Status.

Formulas Required

• Reorder Alert: =IF(D2 <= E2, "REORDER", "OK") – Highlights low stock items.
• Total Value: =D2 * F2 (applied across the table).
• Daily Average Sales: In Forecasting Model: =AVERAGEIF(Sales!C:C, InventoryMaster!A2, Sales!D:D) – Calculates average units sold per day for each item.
• Forecasted Stock Needed: =ROUNDUP((Daily Avg Sales * 14) + (Safety Stock), 0)

Conditional Formatting
