Formulas Required

  • Status in Inventory Master List: =IF(Current Stock Level <= Reorder Point, "Low Stock", IF(Current Stock Level = 0, "Out of Stock", "In Stock"))
  • Inventory Valuation (Dashboard): =SUMPRODUCT(Inventory Master List!$D$2:$D$100, Inventory Master List!$F$2:$F$100) → Total value of all inventory.
  • Stock Alert Threshold: =IF(Current Stock Level <= Reorder Point, "Reorder Needed", "") → Used in Stock Alert & Reorder Tracker.
  • Cash Flow Projection (Financial Forecast): =Previous Month Cash + Net Cash Inflows - Operating Expenses - Inventory Costs → Monthly cash flow calculation.
  • Inventory Turnover Ratio: =Total Cost of Goods Sold / Average Inventory Value

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Low Stock Items: Highlight cells in "Current Stock Level" column where value is less than or equal to "Reorder Point" using red fill and bold text.
  • Out of Stock: Use dark red background for products with current stock = 0.
  • Cash Flow Forecast: Apply green highlight to positive monthly cash flow, red for negative (indicating deficit).
  • Sales Growth Trend (Dashboard): Use gradient color scale on sales chart to show month-over-month improvement or decline.

User Instructions

  1. Open the Excel file. Enable editing to access formulas and formatting.
