Gantt-style bar chart showing progress on each strategic goal.
Pie chart for task prioritization distribution (High/Medium/Low).
Line graph tracking daily productivity (tasks completed vs. time spent).
Formulas Required
The following formulas ensure dynamic data integration and insights:
Auto-fill Date (Daily Plan): `=TODAY()` in cell B5, formatted as date.
Goal Linking (Strategic Goal Column): Use Data Validation with a list sourced from the "Strategic Goals" sheet column A.
Task Completion Rate: `=COUNTIF(Status_Column, "Completed") / COUNTA(Status_Column)` in Dashboard, formatted as percentage.
Time Efficiency Metric: `=IF(Actual_Time > 0, (Time_Estimate - Actual_Time) / Time_Estimate, 0)` — calculates time saved/overspent.
Status Summary by Goal: Use SUMIFS to count completed tasks per goal and compare against total tasks linked to it.
Conditional Formatting
To enhance readability and immediate visual feedback:
Status Column: Red for "Not Started", Yellow for "In Progress", Green for "Completed".
Prioritization: High-priority tasks highlighted in bold red; Medium in blue; Low in gray.
Time Estimates vs. Actual: If actual time exceeds estimate, the cell turns orange (e.g., use conditional formatting with formula: `=Actual_Time > Time_Estimate`).
Status of Strategic Goals: In Dashboard, goals marked "Delayed" are highlighted in red.
