Whether used by individuals aiming for self-improvement or teams implementing organizational change initiatives, this template bridges the gap between consistent behavior and measurable strategic outcomes.

  • Habit Name: List of all tracked habits.
  • Weekly Target: The goal frequency per week from the Daily Log.

  • Streak (Days): Calculates consecutive days of completion using a custom formula that checks for gaps.

  • Last Completed (Date): The most recent date when the habit was marked "Completed".
  • Milestone Status (Yes/No): Indicates if a milestone has been hit recently.

Formulas Required

  • =COUNTIFS(DailyHabitLog!B:B, A2, DailyHabitLog!C:C, "Completed", DailyHabitLog!D:D, ">="&TODAY()-7) – Counts completed habits in the past 7 days.
  • =IF(AND(ISBLANK(DailyHabitLog!A2), ISBLANK(DailyHabitLog!B2)), "", TODAY()) – Auto-fills current date if left blank.
  • =IFERROR(1/(COUNTIFS(...)),0) – Used in streak calculation to detect consecutive completions using conditional logic with array formulas.
