Formulas Required
- Date Auto-Population (Weekly Schedule): Use =TODAY() to set current date and =TODAY()+7 for next week’s starting day.
- Client ID Generation (Client Tracker): Use =TEXT(COUNTA(A:A)+1,"CLT-000") for automatic numbering.
- Next Session Reminder: In Weekly Schedule, use =IF(AND(ISBLANK(Client Name), ISBLANK(Status)), "", IF(TODAY()=Next Session Date, "Reminder: Today!", ""))
- Progress Average (Dashboard): =AVERAGE('Client Tracker'!K:K) to calculate average client progress.
- Count of Active Clients: =COUNTIF('Client Tracker'!J:J,"Active")
- Status Color Logic: Use nested IF and OR functions with conditional formatting to flag overdue sessions.
Conditional Formatting Rules
- Overdue Sessions: If a client session’s date is before today and status ≠ "Completed", highlight row in red.
- High Priority Tasks: Highlight any task with “Priority Level” = High in yellow.
- Status Indicators: Use green checkmarks for completed tasks, red X for canceled, blue clock for upcoming.
- Progress Levels: Color scale from red (1–3) to green (8–10) based on the Progress Level column in Client Tracker.
