Formulas Required
- Total Monthly Budget: In Dashboard, use:

Conditional Formatting Rules
- Due Date Color-Coding: If the date in Column B is within 3 days of TODAY(), highlight red. After due date, turn yellow.

- Budget Exceedance: If any category exceeds the monthly budget (defined in Dashboard), highlight cell in orange.
- Pending Tasks: All tasks with status “To Do” remain in light gray background unless within 7 days of due date.
User Instructions
To use this Study Organizer Finance Template – Version 1.0, begin by opening the workbook and saving it as a personal file (e.g., “My Study & Budget Plan - John Doe.xlsx”). Navigate to the Budget Tracker sheet and enter your monthly income (e.g., from part-time work or stipend) in the designated cell.
