Formulas Required
- DURATION CALCULATION: In "Study Sessions Log", column D: =TEXT(E2 - D2, "h:mm") to display hours and minutes between start and end times.
- STATUS UPDATE: In "Subjects" sheet, use conditional logic: IF(ISBLANK(F2), "", IF(TODAY() > F2, "Overdue", "Scheduled"))
- AVERAGE PRODUCTIVITY: =AVERAGEIFS('Sessions Log'!H:H,'Sessions Log'!C:C,"=*", 'Sessions Log'!G:G,">1") to calculate average focus rating.

Conditional Formatting
- Overdue Sessions: Highlight red if "Next Study Goal" is earlier than TODAY().

User Instructions
