The template employs several dynamic formulas to automate tracking and analysis:
- Auto-fill Day of Week:
=TEXT(A2, "dddd"), where A2 is the Date cell. - Status Color Indicator (in Planner): Uses nested IF with conditional formatting to display color-coded status.
- Completion Rate (%):
=COUNTIF(Status_Column, "Completed") / COUNTA(Status_Column) * 100. - Late Delivery Tracker: In Order Tracker:
=IF(AND(Actual_Delivery_Date="", Expected_Delivery_Date - Time Efficiency Ratio:

Conditional Formatting Rules
- Status Column (Planner): Color-coded cells: Red for "Delayed", Yellow for "In Progress", Green for "Completed".
- Priorities: Highlight High-Priority tasks in red background; Medium in yellow; Low in white.
- Overdue Orders: In Order Tracker, rows where delivery status is “Overdue” are highlighted with a bold red border and orange fill.
- Date Alerts: Cells for Expected Delivery Date turn red if the date is before today and status isn’t “Delivered”.
User Instructions
- Open the template and save it with a unique name (e.g., "Sarah_Weekly_StudyTracker.xlsx").
- On the Weekly Planner, input your study tasks for each day. Use drop-downs to select task type and priority.
- In the Order Tracker, add all academic materials you’ve ordered or plan to order. Track delivery dates and update status as items arrive.
- At the end of each week, review completed tasks on both sheets and reflect on time usage using the Dashboard.
- Update the dashboard weekly to monitor your progress trends and identify patterns (e.g., consistently delayed assignments).
