Conditional Formatting
To enhance usability and visual clarity, the following conditional formatting rules are applied:
- Overdue Tasks (Study Planner): If Due Date is earlier than today’s date AND Status ≠ “Completed”, highlight row in red.
- High Priority Tasks: Highlight rows with “High” priority using a yellow background.
- Net Pay Threshold: If Net Pay exceeds $500 in a week, color the cell green; if below $100, color it orange.
- Time Tracking Issues: Highlight cells where Total Hours Worked is negative or over 24 hours (possible data entry error).
Instructions for the User
- Save the template as a new file with your name and date.
- On the “Study Planner” sheet, enter all subjects, tasks, due dates, estimated hours, and priority levels.
- In “Payroll Tracker,” input daily work entries using consistent time format (e.g., 09:30 for 9:30 AM).
