Automated Totals:=SUM(BudgetTracker[Amount]) – Live total expenditure.
Conditional Formatting Rules
Priorities: High (Red), Medium (Orange), Low (Green) background colors.
Budget Overruns: Highlight any expense over $50 in red with bold text.
Due Soon Events: Apply yellow fill to rows where Date is within 7 days of Today’s date and Status is Pending.
Status Completion: Green fill for "Completed", gray for "In Progress", light red for "Pending".
User Instructions
Setup: Open the template and enable editing. Go to Data → Allow Editing.
