Formulas Required
The template relies heavily on dynamic formulas for automation:- SUMIFS with Date and Activity Type: To total sales time per date across the Data Entry sheet.
- COUNTIFS: To count how many study sessions or sales meetings occurred on a specific date.
- CONVERT(min to hours): =SUMIFS(DataEntry!D:D, DataEntry!B:B, "Study", DataEntry!A:A, A2)/60
- DATEDIF: To calculate time elapsed since last study session for overdue alerts.
- CASE or IF with AND/OR: To determine status (On Track, Behind) in Study Progress Dashboard based on actual vs. goal percentages.

Conditional Formatting
