Invoices
- Invoice ID (Text, auto-generated): Unique identifier using a weekly code pattern like "INV-WK24-05".
- Client Name (Text): Name of the client receiving the invoice.
- Date Issued (Date): Weekly invoice date based on week start.
- Due Date (Date): Set 30 days after issuance.
- Project Code (Text): Reference to a project in the system.
- Total Amount (Currency): Sum of all task costs from the collaboration log for that invoice.
- Status (Text, dropdown): Options: Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue.
Weekly Summary
- Week Start Date (Date): First day of the week (e.g., Monday).

User Instructions
Users must enter data weekly on the Team Collaboration Log sheet. Each team member logs their tasks by date, duration, and project. The system automatically computes task costs and totals. At the end of each week:
- Navigate to the Invoices sheet to generate a formal invoice using the calculated total costs.
- Update status as "Sent" or "Paid" after client confirmation.
- Review the Weekly Summary for performance insights and team contribution metrics.
