Formulas Required

  • Durration (hrs:min): =TEXT((END_TIME - START_TIME), "h:mm") – Automatically calculates time difference.
  • Total Cost by Team: Using SUMIFS on the “Cost” column, filtered by Assigned To.
  • Count of Corrective Maintenance: =COUNTIF(Type, "Corrective") – Helps track reactive issues.
  • Date Filter Summary: Use SUBTOTAL to filter rows by date range (e.g., last 30 days).
  • Status Count (Pie Chart): Formula-based count per status category for dashboard.

Conditional Formatting

  • Red Highlight for Critical Status: If “Type” = “Critical”, cell in Status column turns red.
