Instructions for the User

- Update status only when an action is completed—e.g., “Pending Approval” → “In Progress” → “Shipped.”
- Each time a field is changed, the "Date Updated" cell will auto-fill.
- To generate a printable report: go to the Printable Order Report sheet. This sheet automatically filters and formats data for printing with headers, page breaks, and company logo placement.
- Team members should update their status logs in real time to avoid duplication or misalignment.
- The Performance Summary tab can be used weekly to review team KPIs and identify bottlenecks.
