My Tasks Table (Sheet: My Tasks)

This is a filtered version of the Task Overview sheet. It automatically updates based on the user's login or selection in a dropdown field ("Employee ID") located in Settings & Filters.

Formulas Required

  • =IF(DueDate: Determines if a task is overdue.
  • =NETWORKDAYS(Start Date, Due Date): Calculates total workdays between start and due dates.
  • =ROUND(SUMIFS(Progress%, Status="Completed", Team="Marketing")/COUNTIFS(Status="Completed", Team="Marketing"), 2): Computes average progress for a team.
  • =VLOOKUP(EmployeeID, EmployeeMap, 2, FALSE): Maps employee IDs to names in the Notes & Comments sheet.
  • =IF(AND(Progress%>80%, DueDate>TODAY()), "High Priority", IF(Progress%<30%, "Low Priority", "Medium")): Dynamically adjusts priority based on progress.

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Status Column (Red/Amber/Green):
    • Red: Status = "Overdue"
    • Amber: Status = "In Progress" & Progress% < 50%
    • Green: Status = "Completed" or Progress% ≥ 90%
  • Due Date Highlighting:
    • Yellow background if due within the next 3 days
    • Red background if overdue
  • Priority Column (Color-coded):
    • High → Red, Medium → Orange, Low → Green

User Instructions

For Employees:

  • Open the template and select your name from the "Employee ID" dropdown in the Settings & Filters sheet.
