  • Stock Alert Trigger: =IF(Units_in_Stock <= Reorder_Level, "⚠️ Low Stock", "")
  • Total Time Spent per Product: =SUMIFS(Time_Log_Duration_Column, Product_ID, [Product ID]) in Task Scheduler.
  • Forecasted Demand (Monthly): =AVERAGE(Units_Sold_Last_3_Months) * 4 (for monthly projection).

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Low Stock Highlight: If Units in Stock ≤ Reorder Level → Red background with yellow border.
  • High Time Usage: In Time Log, if Duration > 2 hours → Yellow fill and bold text.
  • Due Date Alerts: In Task Scheduler, if Due Date is within 3 days of today → Orange background with "PENDING" label.
