Formulas Required

  • Total Spend ($): In Client Master List, use =SUMIF(TravelBookingTracker!B:B, [Client ID], TravelBookingTracker!H:H)
  • Next Follow-up Date: Use a formula based on last contact + 7 days if status is "Lead", otherwise +14 days.
  • Booking Status Duration: Calculate number of days between Inquiry Date and Last Update to assess response time.
  • Revenue Forecast (Monthly): Use SUMIFS to total actual spend grouped by month and year from the Travel Booking Tracker.
  • Status Distribution: Use COUNTIF across the Booking Status column to track how many bookings are in each stage.

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Overdue Follow-ups: Highlight rows where Next Follow-up Date is earlier than today (red highlight).
