- **Next Maintenance Due**: `=IF(DATE(Year(E2),Month(E2)+6,Day(E2)) > TODAY(), DATE(Year(E2),Month(E2)+6,Day(E2)), "Overdue")` (Assumes Last Maintenance Date is in Column E) - **Status Alert**: Use conditional formatting to highlight rows where Next Maintenance Due is within 30 days of today. - **Count of Items by Category**: `=COUNTIF(Category_Column, "Camping Gear")` used in dashboard summaries.

CONDITIONAL FORMATTING RULES

To enhance visual clarity and data monitoring:
  • Status Highlighting:
    • In Use → Green background
    • Under Repair → Orange background
    • Decommissioned → Gray font color
  • Maintenance Warning: If "Next Maintenance Due" is within 30 days of the current date, apply red text and bold formatting.
  • Overdue Items: Highlight any item where "Next Maintenance Due" is earlier than today with a red fill.
