  • Status Sync: Use INDEX-MATCH to pull Status from the "Travel Inventory Master" sheet based on ID.
  • Duplicate Detection: Conditional formatting with formulas to highlight conflicting bookings (same inventory, overlapping dates).

Conditional Formatting

  • Red text & background: For canceled or expired reservations.
  • Green highlights: For confirmed and fully paid bookings.
