CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
- Trip Status “Cancelled” → Red background; “In Progress” → Yellow background.
- Maintenance records where “Next Due (Date)” is within 7 days → Orange highlight.
- Records where “Mileage Since Last Service” exceeds recommended interval → Red text and border.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
To use this template:
- Start by entering your vehicle details in the Vehicle Summary sheet (Vehicle ID, Current Mileage, Model, etc.).
- Add travel plans to “Travel Itinerary,” selecting the correct Vehicle ID.
- After each trip or service, update “Maintenance Record” with date, mileage and type of work done.
- The system will automatically calculate next due dates and alert you via conditional formatting.
- Use “Dashboards & Reports” to visualize total costs per vehicle, most common services, or upcoming deadlines.
- This template is fully editable: add columns for fuel receipts, tolls, or driver names as needed. Do not delete headers—they drive the formulas.
