Instructions for the User
How to Use This Template:
- Before travel, select your Employee ID from the dropdown in "Travel Log". All other fields will auto-populate based on your profile in "Employee Master".
- Complete all trip details. If equipment is assigned, select it from the dropdown.
- During or after travel, switch to “Maintenance Records” and log any service performed. Use the Equipment ID that matches your assigned gear.
- Always update “Travel Status” to “Completed” once you return.
- Check the "Trip Summary Dashboard" weekly for trends in maintenance frequency or high-risk equipment.
- If you notice a recurring issue with an item (e.g., GPS units failing after 3 trips), flag it immediately via the comment column in “Maintenance Records”.
