Instructions for the User

  1. Before travel, select your Employee ID from the dropdown in "Travel Log". All other fields will auto-populate based on your profile in "Employee Master".
  2. Complete all trip details. If equipment is assigned, select it from the dropdown.
  3. During or after travel, switch to “Maintenance Records” and log any service performed. Use the Equipment ID that matches your assigned gear.
  4. Always update “Travel Status” to “Completed” once you return.
  5. Check the "Trip Summary Dashboard" weekly for trends in maintenance frequency or high-risk equipment.
  6. If you notice a recurring issue with an item (e.g., GPS units failing after 3 trips), flag it immediately via the comment column in “Maintenance Records”.
