FILTERS AND FORMULAS

This template uses a combination of dynamic formulas to maintain real-time accuracy and automate reporting:

  • TRIP OVERVIEW – Remaining Budget: `=Budget Allocated - SUMIF(Budget Tracker!C:C, "Approved", Budget Tracker!E:E)`
  • Total Team Members (count): `=COUNTA(Team Members & Roles!A2:A100)`
  • Status Color Indicator: Conditional formatting using formulas based on cell values (e.g., red if overdue).
  • Task Progress Tracking: Uses a simple formula like `=IF(Progress=100, "✓", IF(Progress>=50, "🟡", "🔴"))` for visual status.

CONDITIONAL FORMATTING RULES

  • Overdue Tasks: If Due Date is earlier than Today and Status ≠ Completed → Highlight in red.
  • Budget Alert: If Remaining Budget < 10% of Allocated → Highlight in orange.
  • Passport Expiry Warning: If Passport Status = “Expiring Soon” → Apply yellow background with icon.
  • Dietary Restrictions: Highlight rows with special dietary notes in light blue for visibility.
