Conditional Formatting

  • Profit (Column J): Red if negative, green if positive.
  • Status Column (K): Orange for “Confirmed,” gray for “Cancelled,” blue for “Completed.”
  • Over Budget Alerts: Highlight any trip where Total Cost exceeds 105% of Forecasted Revenue in yellow.
  • Booking Status (G): Red if unpaid, green if paid.

User Instructions
