  • Status After Interaction (Dropdown: Closed - Won / Lost / Pending / Need Follow-Up)

3. Workflow Status Tracker

This sheet provides a visual and analytical view of workflow progression using a Kanban-style system:

  • Client ID (Reference Link)
  • Stage (Dropdown: Prospecting, Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed-Won, Closed-Lost)
  • Assigned To (Text – User Name or Team)
  • Start Date (Date)
  • End Date (Date – Optional)
  • Stage Duration (Calculated in Days)
  • Pipeline Score (Calculated: Weighted by stage progress)

4. Report Summary & Dashboard
