This Invoice is issued by Dr. Farzad Mohammadi, a certified Academic Researcher registered with the University of Tehran and the Iranian Academy of Sciences. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the ethical guidelines established by the Iran National Research Ethics Committee (IRANMEC) and the institutional review board of the University of Tehran, located in Tehran, Iran.
The Academic Researcher confirms that all data collected during this engagement in the Iran Tehran metropolitan region was gathered with proper informed consent from participants and in compliance with the 2024 Iranian Data Protection Regulations. No confidential information belonging to the Tehran Metropolitan Research Council shall be disclosed to third parties without written authorization.
This Invoice represents the final settlement for Project Reference TRC-RES-2025-019. Any additional research activities, supplementary analyses, or extended fieldwork beyond the scope defined in the original contract dated 1 Bahman 1403 (January 20, 2025) will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from both parties.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment of the full Invoice amount of 208,507,500 IRR is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than 30 Farvardin 1404 (March 20, 2025).
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Academic Researcher's designated account at Bank Melli Iran, Tehran Branch (IBAN: IR80 0140 0000 0000 0000 0000 00).
- A late payment penalty of 0.5% per calendar day will be applied to the outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Iranian commercial law (Article 512 of the Civil Code of Iran).
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Academic Researcher reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates reflecting current economic conditions in Iran Tehran.
- All intellectual property rights associated with the research outputs, including the final manuscript, datasets, and analytical models, shall be jointly owned by the Academic Researcher and the Tehran Metropolitan Research Council as stipulated in the original research agreement.
- This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tehran, Iran. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
