Terms & Conditions – Actor Services Invoice, Kabul, Afghanistan
1. Payment: Full payment of this invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the undersigned actor at the Kabul branch of the designated financial institution, or by certified check payable to Ahmad Karimi. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Afghan commercial law.
2. Scope of Actor Services: All actor performance services described herein were rendered in the city of Kabul, Afghanistan, during the period of 1 June 2025 to 14 June 2025. The actor confirms that all performances were conducted in accordance with the agreed production schedule and creative direction provided by the Kabul Cultural Arts Foundation.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling: In the event of any rescheduling of performances within Kabul due to security advisories, municipal closures, or force majeure conditions specific to the Afghanistan Kabul region, the actor reserves the right to adjust the service dates without penalty. Cancellations by the client more than 72 hours prior to a scheduled performance shall be subject to a 50% fee of the affected line item.
4. Intellectual Property: All original monologues, character interpretations, and vocal recordings created by the actor during the engagement remain the intellectual property of the actor. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use recorded materials for the specific production and promotional purposes within Afghanistan.
5. Compliance: This invoice and all associated services comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Information and Culture of Afghanistan and the Kabul City Municipal Authority. The actor holds a valid performance license (License No. KBL-PERF-2025-0091) issued for the Kabul metropolitan area.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Kabul, Afghanistan, in accordance with the civil code of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
7. Currency & Exchange: All amounts on this invoice are denominated in Afghan Afghani (AFN). In the event the client requests payment in a foreign currency, the exchange rate shall be the official rate published by the Central Bank of Afghanistan on the date of payment.
