Payment Terms & Banking Details
This Invoice must be settled in full within 30 calendar days of the Invoice date (15 June 2025), no later than 15 July 2025. Payment is to be made via SEPA bank transfer to the Actor's designated account. Late payments are subject to statutory interest of 8% above the European Central Bank base rate in accordance with German commercial law (HGB § 288).

Additional Notes & Actor Service Conditions
1. This Invoice covers all Actor services rendered by Markus Heinrich Weber in the capacity of a professional performer, voice artist, and acting instructor within the city of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, during the stated service period. All on-set work was conducted under the supervision of the production company's director and crew.
2. The Actor confirms that all performances, voice recordings, and workshop materials delivered under this Invoice are original works. The client, RheinMain Film & Television Productions GmbH, receives a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Actor's likeness, voice, and performance footage for the specific productions listed herein, subject to the separate Talent Usage Agreement signed on 28 May 2025.
3. All services were performed in compliance with German labor regulations, including the German Film and Television Act (Film- und Kinogesetz) and applicable collective agreements (Tarifvertrag) of the German Actors' Union (Bund Deutscher Filmschaffender – BDF). The Actor's social security contributions and professional tax obligations in Germany are the sole responsibility of the Actor as a self-employed individual (Selbstständiger).
4. The VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) of 19% applied on this Invoice is in accordance with the German Value Added Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz – UStG). The Actor is registered for VAT purposes in the state of Hesse, Germany, with the tax office in Frankfurt am Main (Finanzamt Frankfurt am Main I).
5. Should the client require additional Actor services, extensions to the shooting schedule, or further voice-over sessions in Frankfurt or elsewhere in Germany, a supplementary Invoice will be issued with a 14-day payment window. The Actor reserves the right to adjust daily rates for work exceeding 12 consecutive hours per day, in line with standard German film industry practice.
6. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the German Invoice Directive (Rechnungsrichtlinie 2006/112/EG) and the requirements of § 14 UStG. It constitutes a valid tax document for the client's business expense accounting in Germany.
