Invoice Notes & Actor Engagement Details
- This Invoice covers all Actor services rendered exclusively within the city of Tehran, Iran, during the period of 1–14 Farvardin 1404 (March 20–April 2, 2025). No services were performed outside the Tehran metropolitan area.
- The Actor, Mr. Arman Rahimi, is a registered professional performer with the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance (Shenase Artist: 4471-THR). All performances listed in this Invoice have been pre-approved under the relevant performance permits issued for Tehran venues.
- Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the Actor's registered account at Bank Melli, Tehran branch. The Invoice must be settled within 15 calendar days of the issue date to avoid late-payment interest as stipulated under Iranian commercial law.
- All Actor services were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 28 Esfand 1403, which governs the professional relationship between the Actor and Tehran Grand Theatre Productions Co.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Tehran Commercial Arbitration Center in accordance with Iranian civil and commercial codes.
Terms & Conditions – Actor Services in Iran Tehran
- Scope of Actor Services: The Actor agrees to deliver all performance, rehearsal, voice acting, and instructional services as itemized in this Invoice. Any additional services beyond the listed items require a written amendment to the original contract and a supplementary Invoice.
- Performance Standards: The Actor warrants that all services will be performed with professional skill, in accordance with the artistic direction of the producing entity, and in compliance with all applicable regulations of the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance governing theatrical and film performances in Tehran.
- Intellectual Property: All recorded voice acting, filmed performances, and workshop materials produced under this Invoice remain the property of the client. The Actor retains the right to reference the work in their professional portfolio and to use still images for self-promotion, subject to prior written consent from the client.
- Force Majeure: In the event that the Actor is unable to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to government-issued restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Tehran, Iran), the Actor shall notify the client within 24 hours, and the affected Invoice line items shall be rescheduled or refunded at the client's discretion.
- Governing Law: This Invoice and the underlying service agreement are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. All legal proceedings shall take place in the competent courts of Tehran, Iran.
- Confidentiality: The Actor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all scripts, production plans, and unreleased content encountered during the engagement in Tehran, Iran. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of three (3) years.
