Invoice Terms & Conditions – Actor Engagement in Myanmar Yangon
This Invoice constitutes the final and binding financial agreement between the undersigned Actor and Yangon Golden Screen Productions Co., Ltd. for all performance, rehearsal, and related services rendered within the administrative boundaries of Myanmar Yangon. The Actor agrees that all services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Myanmar Film Industry Act and the regulations set forth by the Myanmar Film Censorship Board.
Payment of this Invoice shall be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the Actor's designated account at the Myanmar Economic Bank, Yangon Branch. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance. The Actor reserves the right to suspend all further performance commitments in Myanmar Yangon until full settlement of this Invoice is confirmed in writing.
All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and are inclusive of the Actor's professional fees, standard equipment usage, and on-set presence. Any additional services requested by the production company beyond the scope outlined herein shall be subject to a supplementary Invoice issued separately by the Actor's management agency.
This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Actor may apply a 10% surcharge to the total amount due. The production company acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein by proceeding with the post-production schedule in Myanmar Yangon.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice – Myanmar Yangon Specific Provisions
1. All Actor services referenced in this Invoice were conducted within the Yangon Region of the Union of Myanmar. The Actor confirms that all necessary work permits, actor registration renewals, and Myanmar Yangon municipal performance licenses were valid throughout the engagement period.
2. The Actor's performance at the Myanmar Yangon International Film Festival (Line Item 08) is subject to the festival's intellectual property guidelines. The production company retains the right to use the Actor's performance footage for promotional purposes within Myanmar Yangon for a period of twelve (12) months from the Invoice date.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation at the Myanmar Yangon Commercial Arbitration Centre, located in the Kyauktada Township, before proceeding to the Yangon District Court. Both parties agree that the laws of the Union of Myanmar, specifically as applied in Myanmar Yangon, shall govern this Invoice and the underlying Actor service agreement.
4. The Actor's agent, U Kyaw Zin of Star Management Agency (Yangon Office, 12 Anawrahta Road, Myanmar Yangon), is authorized to receive payment on behalf of the Actor and to issue official receipts for this Invoice. All correspondence regarding this Invoice should be directed to the agent's office in Myanmar Yangon.
