Please remit the total invoice amount of € 49,476.90 via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above (NL91 ABNA 0417 1643 00) no later than the due date of 15 July 2025. Kindly reference Invoice number ACT-2025-00487 in your payment description to ensure proper allocation by the Actor Creative Productions accounting department in Amsterdam.
All services rendered under this invoice were performed by Actor Creative Productions B.V., a registered entity in the Netherlands, operating from its principal office at Herengracht 420, Amsterdam. The 21% Dutch VAT rate has been applied in accordance with the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) regulations. Should the client hold a valid EU VAT identification number, a reverse-charge mechanism may be applied upon written request prior to the due date.

Terms & Conditions – Actor Creative Productions B.V.
1. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all actor performance, rehearsal, voice-over, wardrobe, publicity, travel, and insurance services rendered by Actor Creative Productions B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Actor") to the client named above in connection with the production titled "Amsterdam Nights," filmed in and around Amsterdam, Netherlands.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this invoice. In the event of late payment, Actor reserves the right to charge statutory interest at the rate prescribed by Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), calculated from the day following the due date until the date of actual payment.
3. All actor performances, creative outputs, and intellectual property generated under this engagement remain the exclusive property of Actor Creative Productions B.V. unless a separate written licensing or assignment agreement is executed by both parties. The client receives a limited, non-transferable license to use the recorded performances solely for the distribution of the "Amsterdam Nights" feature film.
4. Actor shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the performance of services described in this invoice. The total liability of Actor under this invoice shall not exceed the total invoice amount of € 49,476.90.
5. This invoice and all associated terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
6. Actor Creative Productions B.V. is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under registration number 87654321 and is a VAT-registered entity in the Netherlands. This invoice is issued in compliance with all applicable Dutch and European Union invoicing regulations.
