1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Actor Performance Agreement dated 15 April 2025 between the undersigned Actor and Harbour Light Productions Ltd, governing all services rendered in and around New Zealand Auckland.
2. All rates quoted in this Invoice are exclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%, which is applied as shown in the totals section above. The Actor is registered for GST purposes with the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated on a daily basis, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and applicable commercial law in Auckland.
4. The Actor reserves all intellectual property rights to their performance, likeness, and voice recordings unless explicitly assigned in writing as part of the production contract. Any use of the Actor's image in promotional materials for the film "Tides of the Hauraki" is limited to a twelve-month period following the Auckland premiere.
5. All services described in this Invoice were performed within the Auckland Region, New Zealand, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Auckland. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Auckland before proceeding to litigation.
6. The Actor confirms that all services were performed in compliance with New Zealand employment law, the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and the minimum wage and working conditions standards applicable to the Auckland region.
7. Should any line item be disputed, the Client is requested to notify the Actor in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving this Invoice. Undisputed portions of the Invoice remain payable on the original due date.
This Invoice reflects the complete and final accounting of all Actor services provided for the production of "Tides of the Hauraki" during the principal photography period in New Zealand Auckland. The Actor wishes to thank the Harbour Light Productions team for a collaborative and professional working environment throughout the Auckland filming schedule. All location shoots were conducted in compliance with local council permits and environmental regulations specific to the Auckland Region.
