Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Philippine Civil Code and the applicable Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations in Philippines Manila.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to BDO Unibank, Account No. 1234-5678-9012, in the name of Stellar Performance Management Inc., Philippines Manila branch. Checks must be made payable to "Stellar Performance Management Inc."
- Actor Representation: This Invoice is issued on behalf of the Actor, Juan Dela Cruz, by his exclusive management representative. All payments received shall be considered full and final settlement for the Actor services described herein.
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Tax Code of the Philippines and BIR Revenue Regulations applicable to professional services rendered in Philippines Manila. The 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) is included as the Actor's management company is a VAT-registered entity. The 10% withholding tax on professional fees has been deducted in accordance with Section 57 of the National Internal Revenue Code.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Actor services agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Philippines Manila, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Mediation Center. If mediation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines Manila region.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of applicable tax rates and exchange adjustments.
- Confidentiality: The terms of this Invoice, including the Actor's compensation structure, shall remain confidential between the parties and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
