Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This invoice is issued by the undersigned professional Actor, Khalid Al-Rashid, operating under Al-Rashid Performance Arts LLC, for services rendered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during the period specified above. All actor performance services were delivered in compliance with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Commission for Media and the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) of Saudi Arabia.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to the IBAN listed above. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-RA-0472 in your payment remittance. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall accrue a penalty of 1.5% per month in accordance with Saudi commercial law.
VAT Note: The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) has been applied in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations of Saudi Arabia. This invoice is issued in compliance with the e-invoicing requirements mandated by ZATCA for all registered businesses operating in Riyadh and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Terms and Conditions
1. All actor services described in this invoice have been performed and completed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during the stated service period. The client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all deliverables.
2. Intellectual property rights for all voice-over recordings, workshop materials, and performance scripts created by the Actor during the engagement shall remain the property of Al-Rashid Performance Arts LLC unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
3. This invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. The Actor warrants that all services were performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in full compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws, entertainment regulations, and cultural guidelines applicable in Riyadh.
5. This invoice constitutes a final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered. No additional fees or costs shall be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
6. The client agrees to pay the full grand total of SAR 44,390.00 (Forty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Saudi Riyals) by the due date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of future actor engagements and referral to the appropriate Saudi commercial dispute resolution authority.
