Payment Terms and Notes
Payment Due: Full payment of this invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, i.e., by 14 July 2025. Payment should be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the FNB account number specified above. Please reference the invoice number INV-CT-2025-04782 on all correspondence and payments.
Actor Performance Agreement: This invoice is issued in accordance with the Actor Performance Agreement dated 15 April 2025, executed between Cape Town Talent & Performance Agency (Pty) Ltd and Atlantic Coast Productions (Pty) Ltd. All services rendered by the actor Thandiwe Nkosi were performed in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, in full compliance with the terms of the said agreement and the South African Film and Television Industry Code of Conduct.
Residuals and Backend: As per the agreement, the actor is entitled to a 2% residual share on all domestic and international distribution revenue of the film "Cape Winds." Residual statements will be issued quarterly by the production company's accounting department in Cape Town, South Africa.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated actor services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with jurisdiction vested in the High Court of South Africa, Cape Town Division.
Compliance: All services have been rendered in compliance with the South African Labour Relations Act, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and the relevant provisions of the South African Film Commission's industry guidelines for actor engagements in the Western Cape region.
