Actor Productions Ltd reserves the right to suspend further services or access to performance materials should payment remain outstanding beyond the stipulated period. All intellectual property rights related to the actor performances captured under this engagement remain subject to the separate Intellectual Property Agreement (Ref: TBC/IP/2025/044) executed between both parties in Dar es Salaam on 20 April 2025.
