Notes & Terms of This Invoice
1. This invoice is issued by Astronomer S.L., a company registered in Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) regulations and the Ley 58/2003 General Tax Law. All amounts are denominated in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the applicable Spanish VAT rate of 21%.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Please remit payment via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above, referencing Invoice No. AST-2025-00487 in the transfer description. Astronomer S.L. reserves the right to apply late-payment interest at the rate established by the Spanish Ley 3/2004 on the Fight Against Late Payment in Commercial Transactions.
3. All services and goods listed in this invoice are to be delivered, installed, and performed within the Valencia, Spain region unless otherwise agreed in writing. Astronomer S.L. shall bear all transportation and logistics costs within the Comunidad Valenciana for the items specified herein.
4. The Astronomer research division acknowledges that the telescope assembly, calibration services, and data processing infrastructure described in this invoice are subject to the warranty terms outlined in the separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) dated 10 June 2025, which is incorporated by reference into this invoice.
5. This invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for accounting and tax purposes in Spain. The client is advised to retain this document for a minimum of four (4) years in compliance with Spanish commercial record-keeping obligations. A digital copy in PDF format has been sent to [email protected] on the issue date.
