Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Harare Audit & Assurance Services (Pvt) Ltd, a registered Auditor firm operating in Zimbabwe Harare, in respect of professional auditing services rendered to Chimanimani Mining & Resources (Pvt) Ltd for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to the following account – Bank: CBZ Bank, Account Name: Harare Audit & Assurance Services (Pvt) Ltd, Account No: 00452178901, Branch: Harare Central, Zimbabwe. Please reference Invoice No. HAA-2025-00847 on all payments.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated in the engagement letter signed between the Auditor and the client.
Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) as agreed in the engagement contract. The Auditor accepts payment in USD or its equivalent in Zimbabwe Dollar (ZWL) at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) reference rate on the date of payment.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Auditor services rendered in Zimbabwe Harare. The services described herein were performed in accordance with the engagement letter dated 28 March 2025 and applicable International Standards on Auditing (ISA) as adopted by the Chartered Accountants Association of Zimbabwe.
2. The Auditor reserves the right to withhold the final audit opinion and management letter until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared in the firm's bank account in Zimbabwe Harare.
3. All workpapers, drafts, and preliminary findings remain the property of the Auditor. The final audit report and management letter shall be delivered to the client upon confirmation of payment.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Auditor reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable late payment charges.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through arbitration in Zimbabwe Harare in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Zimbabwe (Chapter 7:15).
6. The Auditor is registered with the Chartered Accountants Association of Zimbabwe and operates in full compliance with the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (ZAASB) regulations applicable in Zimbabwe Harare.
