Invoice Notes & Baker's Remarks
This Invoice is issued by Shanti's Artisan Baker, a registered bakery and patisserie establishment operating in Bangladesh Dhaka since 2016. All baked goods listed in this Invoice are prepared fresh by our in-house Baker team using premium, locally sourced ingredients from verified suppliers across Bangladesh Dhaka and its surrounding districts.
The Head Baker has personally supervised the preparation of all custom cakes and artisan breads referenced in this Invoice. Each product batch is quality-checked before packaging to ensure compliance with Bangladesh Food Safety and Standards Authority (BFSSA) regulations applicable to all bakeries operating in Bangladesh Dhaka.
Delivery of all items listed in this Invoice will be made on 18 June 2025 between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM to the designated address in Bangladesh Dhaka. Our Baker's delivery team will ensure all perishable items are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain freshness and quality upon arrival.
Please note that this Invoice is valid for payment within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per standard commercial practice in Bangladesh Dhaka. All amounts are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding commercial document between Shanti's Artisan Baker (the Baker) and Green Valley Catering Services Ltd. (the Client) for the supply of baked goods and related services in Bangladesh Dhaka.
2. All products are non-returnable once delivered, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect or spoilage attributable to the Baker. Any such claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to the Baker's customer service team in Bangladesh Dhaka.
3. The Baker reserves the right to substitute equivalent items in the event of ingredient unavailability, provided prior written notice is given to the Client at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
4. Payment for this Invoice must be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. Cheques and cash payments are not accepted for Invoice amounts exceeding BDT 50,000 in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.
5. This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh Dhaka. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.
6. The Baker warrants that all products comply with the Bangladesh Food Safety and Standards Authority (BFSSA) guidelines and are free from adulteration. The Baker's trade license and food safety certification are available for inspection upon request at our Bangladesh Dhaka premises.
7. This Invoice is computer-generated and does not require a physical signature to be valid. A digital copy of this Invoice, when transmitted via email, carries the same legal weight as a printed and signed copy under the Bangladesh Digital Signature Act, 2013.
