Terms & Conditions – Baker Invoice, India Bangalore
- This Invoice is issued by Sweet Crust Baker & Confectionery Studio, a registered Baker enterprise operating in India Bangalore, Karnataka. All Baker products and services listed herein are subject to the terms stated below.
- Payment for this Invoice must be received within 15 days of the Invoice date (i.e., by 30 June 2025). Late payments will attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Indian commercial law applicable in Bangalore.
- All Baker products, including custom cakes, pastries, and artisanal breads, are prepared fresh on the day of delivery. The Baker team in India Bangalore ensures that every item meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality as mandated by FSSAI regulations.
- Custom Baker orders (wedding cakes, corporate gifting cakes) require a minimum 72-hour advance notice. Changes to the design or flavor after confirmation may incur additional charges at the discretion of the Baker.
- The Baker Catering Service and Baker Workshop are non-refundable once the event date is confirmed. Rescheduling is permitted up to 7 days prior to the event with a 10% rescheduling fee.
- Delivery of Baker products within the India Bangalore metro area is included for orders above ₹10,000. For orders below this threshold, a nominal delivery fee of ₹300 applies. Delivery outside Bangalore city limits will be quoted separately.
- All prices on this Invoice are inclusive of applicable taxes as per the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017, as implemented in India Bangalore. The Baker is registered under GST with the jurisdictional authority in Karnataka.
- In the event of any dispute regarding this Invoice or the Baker services rendered, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs (flour, butter, chocolate, fresh cream, etc.) in the India Bangalore market.
- By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of the Baker service agreement. A signed copy of this Invoice should be retained for tax and accounting purposes.
