Invoice Notes & Baker Remarks
This Invoice is issued by Golden Crust Baker Sdn. Bhd., a registered artisan baker operating in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, in accordance with the Service Tax Act 2018 of Malaysia. All baking services and products listed above were prepared by our master baker and trained pastry team at our production facility located in the heart of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
The wedding cake (Ref 03) was custom-designed per the client's specifications and assembled on-site at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur ballroom. The baker team arrived at 08:00 AM on 14 June 2025 to complete the final decoration and presentation. All ingredients used are sourced from certified suppliers within Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and comply with the Food Safety and Quality Act 2007.
Please note that the monthly baker consultation (Ref 04) includes a follow-up visit scheduled for 15 July 2025 to review the implementation of the new artisan bread program. The staff training session (Ref 05) covered laminated dough techniques, sourdough fermentation management, and traditional Malaysian baker pastry methods.
All items were delivered fresh within 4 hours of final baking to ensure optimal quality. The baker guarantees that all products meet the highest standards of hygiene and flavour as expected by hospitality clients in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Malaysian commercial practice.
2. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable Service and Sales Tax (SST) as mandated by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department for businesses operating in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
3. The Baker reserves the right to substitute ingredients of equivalent quality in the event of supply shortages, provided prior written notice is given to the client no less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
4. Custom orders, including the wedding cake and specialty pastries, are non-refundable once the baker has commenced production. Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the event date will be subject to a 50% charge.
5. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Golden Crust Baker Sdn. Bhd. (the Baker) and the client. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and resolved in the courts of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
6. The Baker warrants that all services rendered and products delivered under this Invoice comply with the standards set by the Department of Standards Malaysia (JAKIM) and the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
